Essential skills for this role include a minimum of 2 years of hair-cutting experience in a professional salon setting, proficiency in cut, colour, and treatment services, and a commitment to maintaining high standards and trend-led styles with a diverse clientele.

Desirable skills, though not mandatory, will be viewed favourably, including in-depth experience with Wella, master colour expertise, proficiency in permanent wave techniques, bridal hair, hair-ups, and extensions.
